Adult
Step into the studio and experience the energy, joy, and freedom of dance! Open to all levels, from beginners to experienced dancers, our classes offer a fun and supportive environment to learn, express, and stay active.
Ballet
Ballet is a classical dance form known for its grace, precision, and strength. It combines flowing movements with structured technique, focusing on posture, flexibility, and control.
Tap
Dancers become musicians as they learn intricate footwork, rhythm, and syncopation. This class develops musicality and coordination, blending traditional and contemporary tap styles.
Ukrainian Dance
A vibrant and energetic folk dance tradition that originated in Ukraine, reflecting the country’s rich cultural heritage. Characterized by intricate footwork, powerful jumps, and fast spins, Ukrainian dance is known for its athleticism and storytelling.
Dance Inklusive
A beautiful celebration of movement and music, this class is designed for dancers of all cognitive and physical abilities. With a wheelchair-accessible studio and specialized instructors, we nurture a love of dance in a supportive, inclusive environment where everyone can express themselves freely.
Jazz
A fun and upbeat style that blends classic technique with dynamic movement. Jazz classes focus on kicks, turns, jumps, and expressive choreography set to energetic music, building versatility and stage presence.
Pointe
An advanced extension of ballet, Pointe trains dancers to perform on the tips of their toes with grace and strength. This class is designed for dedicated ballet students who have developed the necessary technique and strength.
Musical Theatre
Perfect for the triple-threat performer! This class combines dance, acting, and singing, bringing Broadway-style choreography to life with character-driven movement and storytelling.
Mommy & Me
Join us for a fun-filled Mommy & Me Music & Dance Class, led by our Artistic Director, Ashley Berrns! Designed for little ones ages 1-2, this engaging 8-week session introduces movement, rhythm, and music in a playful, nurturing environment.
Hip Hop
A vibrant and ever-evolving dance style that emerged in the 1970s in the Bronx, New York, alongside the rise of hip-hop culture. Rooted in street dance, hip hop draws inspiration from breaking, popping, locking, and freestyle movement.
Breakdancing
An energetic and physically demanding street dance style that originated in the Bronx, New York, during the 1970s as part of hip-hop culture. Rooted in self-expression and freestyle movement, breakdancing (or "breaking") incorporates intricate footwork, power moves, freezes, and dynamic transitions.
Acro
A unique blend of dance and gymnastics, Acro focuses on flexibility, strength, and controlled acrobatic skills. Dancers learn tricks, balances, and tumbling while maintaining fluidity and grace.
Street Jazz
A fusion of jazz technique and urban dance styles, Street Jazz delivers bold, sharp movements with attitude. It’s the perfect combination of technical precision and raw energy, influenced by pop culture and music videos.
Lyrical
A fusion of ballet and jazz, lyrical dance focuses on storytelling through movement. Dancers explore fluid, expressive choreography that connects deeply to music and emotion.
Contemporary
A versatile and expressive style blending ballet, jazz, and modern dance. Contemporary emphasizes freedom of movement, breath, and storytelling, allowing dancers to develop artistry and individuality.
Animal Flow®
A dynamic movement system designed to improve strength, mobility, and coordination through bodyweight training. At its core, Animal Flow® bridges the gap between all other physical practices, in pursuit of previously unknown levels of physical proficiency.
Strength & Conditioning
Essential for all dancers, this class enhances flexibility, endurance, and muscle control. Focused exercises improve technique, prevent injury, and build the strength needed for advanced movement.
